New Years....

Our first set of Holidays in Nevada are almost done.

New years is tomorrow and instead of work and cooking to spend time together than driving up to Wailuku Heights to take in all the fireworks that gets lit at 12 we are going to a rodeo. Guess its not legal to have fireworks at home and they listen here. LOL.

So Im thinking of all the things I want to accomplish in 2025 and I am already exhausted just thinking about it. Goals for myself personally could take up this entire page. Seriously speaking.

(Side note... Kinda weird to not insert an emoji since im on a desktop. )

Heres a recap of our holidays so far:

Halloween : We got to hand out candies to the keiki in our neighborhood or to who ever came around. And honestly not so many children came around. Even the big kids. Guess maybe because it was a freeze your olos off kinda night.

Thanksgiving: Kaipo and Davin came and spent fall break with us. Since they are only a few hours away and in college. One of their classmates lives in a town close enough to us so they got a ride and we picked them up. Than Carla and Keoni flew up. I LOVED IT! For a short while we had the best of both worlds. The house was loud and busy and full of love. We spent Thanksgiving at Tony's hale where they had another Kauai Ohana there that also just moved up. So much fun!

Christmas Eve: A quick evening at Tony's for dinner and gifts and let me be honest they make it easier to be here.

Christmas Day: Spent the day with Uncle Ricky, Aunty Dennise and their children at Ashley's Hale. And not a bit of silence ever. The home was filled with good food, lots of love and laughter. An beautiful day and one for the books.

New Years Eve: Pending but we are exited to see what the night holds. I hope we dont freeze our asses off.
